Day 2 of 2 for our two-wedding weekend. What a weekend it was too! Both were outdoor weddings and both at a vineyard, but four hours apart from one another. After I wrapped things up at our Friday wedding, I made the 3-hour drive home, backed everything up to my computer and hard drives and started charging and repacking all my gear to make the 1-hour drive the other direction to Clara and Dylan’s wedding. While it’s a lot happening during a weekend, I love it! And what a perfect weekend it was for two outdoor weddings too. Clara and Dylan’s wedding day was just about the best day of the year so far. Perfect temperature. Just a little bit of sun in the right places, but the right amount of clouds to make for some nice even light during outdoor pictures. The reception took place inside the venue with the meal in the basement and the part upstairs. It was a pretty cool setup as no time was needed for tables to be moved or a dance floor put in place, it was already available in the open upstairs level. As the part got started the dance floor remained full until we had to leave. Overall, it was a fantastic wedding. Couldn’t have asked for a better day.
