When Jen contacted me about doing their family pictures, I was thrilled to be able to do so. I knew this would be a family that would rock the family pictures. I’ve know the Hagens for some time now, so I had an idea of their personality as a family and this family is in my opinion the dream family for a photographer. 🙂 They are so much fun and full of laughter, and if you know me by now you know I love laughter especially in pictures, and we definitely captured some of that. I have what I call my “Brady Bunch” pose. It’s not so much a pose but rather a moment where someone in the group needs to do something as the group is looking at one another. If you recall the intro to the Brady Bunch show when they are in their squares looking at one another. I know it sounds cheesy, but sometimes the cheesiest and most awkward poses bring out some of the best pictures simply because they are cheesy and they re awkward.
I had a blast working with the Hagen’s and absolutely love their pictures. You can just see the enjoyment they have in one another’s company and how full of life they are. What a fun family session!
