I suppose we are done with the warm weather now. I remember Thursday night (the night before Heather’s senior session) I was standing by our sliding glass door that was open. The spring-like breeze was filling our house and then in a blink of an eye it became VERY cold. Winds were rushing through and I nearly felt like I was in a scene from “The Day After Tomorrow” when the people would stand outside in the air and freeze. Do I exaggerate? Maybe a bit… but it was cold! It didn’t feel much better the next day. Early afternoon, the winds were still pushing through and the cold air was very much present. However, that didn’t put a damper on the session at all. If heather was cold she sure covered it pretty well, you wouldn’t even know she was cold looking at the pictures.
Although it was cold, we had great sunlight and we were able to capture some pretty awesome pictures. We even tried some new techniques that I’ve never used before, and I think it turned out pretty well. 🙂 I’m a fan of trying anything new and trying to push myself as a photographer, this is the only way we’ll grow, right? Heather was awesome to work and she did great rockin’ the photo shoot!
