The time has come to say goodbye to the family home and this amazing family wanted to commemorate this moment in time with family pictures. However, due to scheduling and travel, it had to be done in individual sessions. This actually worked out pretty nicely as each individual family was able to have one last special moment at the home. Sure, a large group would have made for quite a fun time and for some large family pictures, but there’s something pretty special about these intimate moments. As I reviewed these pictures for upload, I couldn’t help but be reminded as to why it is I’m a photographer, it’s moments like this. A family coming together for one last hurrah at the home they’ve lived in for so long. It was a time to remember the good times that have been had there, but it was also a time to look forward to the future as grandma and grandpa would be moving closer to the grandkids! These are images that will allow them to look back and remember memories at the home, but also cherish and celebrate the growth of the family.
