One year has certainly gone by in what seems like a blink of an eye. But having the opportunity to photograph the Vanblaricum crew again is something I’m so honored to have been given the chance. One year ago, we were doing indoor lifestyle newborn pictures. Now? It’s indoor lifestyle one-year pictures, although we did step outside for a little bit. What a fun session this was, I was spoiled! You never know what you’re going to get when working with babies or small kids. During this session, we had nothing but cooperation to the point I had to remind myself this was a one-year session, it was pretty unbelievable how good he did. I had such a blast photographing their family. I especially loved the window pictures. What I really liked about these pictures is that they were truly candid. The spot I wanted him to sit, he did not stay. He stood up on the couch, went to the window, and looked outside. What a perfect opportunity to get some fun shots. I love how natural and precious these images turned out.
