Harvest, pumpkins, hoodies, allergies, cool nights, campfires… it’s the second-best time of the year, followed by Christmas time. Love me some Christmas movies and early nights. But for now, I love this time of year, minus the allergy part, not a huge fan of that. And minus the allergies and campfire, this was the overwhelming theme of Victoria and Grant’s second engagement session. We did one earlier this year and it was a ton of fun, but if you can, you might as well do two sessions! I’m a huge fan of dual engagement sessions, especially from a relational standpoint. We did pictures at a pumpkin patch that Victoria’s family owns. It was full of fields, pumpkins, and straw, all of which made for some pretty amazing pictures. These two are total naturals when it comes to photography. Before I can even begin posing them, they are cuddling up with one another, dancing, whispering to each other, it all makes for great moments to photograph and makes photographing them a blast! If you’ve followed me for a while, you know that pictures of laughter are my favorite! There was plenty of laughter taking place during their session, it was contagious. Add in the backdrop of cornfields and pumpkins and these pictures scream Fall with some pretty loving moments taking place. I cannot wait for 2020 to come when we can be creating images on their wedding day.
