Anytime I have the opportunity to photograph a new chapter in life, it’s pretty special. Welcoming a baby into the world is something I love photographing and celebrating with new parents. Whether it’s baby #1 or #5+, it’s still pretty special and something worth taking pictures of. A few years ago, I took on a full-time job on top of photography. It would later become too much to handle both jobs so I quit it to pursue photography full time again. During that time, I met Chance and Alexandra as we all worked on the same team. Now, a few years later, I’m working with them again, but this time photographing their little family! It was so fun meeting their little guy and taking pictures of the three of them hanging out together. Sessions like this remind me just how important photography it is and how important it is to preserve a moment in time because life moves fast, as I’m sure we are all well aware.
