Spring is finally here!! However, you might mistake it for fall with how cool it’s been. Now that it’s spring though, that means it’s a great time for family pictures to begin and we started our family sessions off with a couple that we photographed back in 2010… my first full year of doing wedding photography! I’ve said before that I just love getting to work with couples again, it’s great seeing them again and it’s so cool to see how they have grown as a family. I still remember the engagement session and the wedding day with the Mulvaney’s, those were some pretty fun days, and the family session was just as fun too, now that a little one is in the picture. She provided so many laughs, and just like most any other kids, you never know what’s going to happen. I love capturing the energy kids have and how random they can be from smiling at the camera to jetting off to pick up a stick 20 yards away. This cracks me up, and I love being able to capture this emotion and energy. Most of all though, I love capturing laughter and with the Mulvaney’s we definitely got some laughter in the pictures. Candid shots are of course my favorites!
