Like many of the couples I work with now, my first time meeting them is on the shoot, why? Because they live from far away lands… okay maybe not quite that far away, but in Scott and Annie’s case they are from Nashville and wanted to do their engagement pictures at St. Louis. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get inside of Busch Stadium because of a college football game, we did get quite a bit around the stadium and of course around St. Louis. I had such a fun time getting to know these two, they were so much fun to work with, and their smiles are so genuine. No lie, I’ve had couples before where one of them would say, “I can’t fake smile.” I can’t help but think, shouldn’t it be extremely easy to smile when you two are with each other? haha Well, for Scott and Annie it was! The laughter they shared, the way they would look at each other, man, you can tell these two have a love on a different level than most! Unfortunately though (which the offer is still on the table Annie! haha), I will not be photographing their wedding – in Las Vegas I might add! In either case, I feel so fortunate to have had the chance to meet these two and it was fantastic being able to capture their love for each other on camera! Best wishes Scott and Annie!! 🙂
