When it’s Fall, you expect it to be cooler, maybe a little breezy, but ultimately, it’s sweatshirt weather, am I right? The transition between Fall and Summer is always kind of annoying. Your brain tells you it’s fall, but mother nature says it’s still hot and humid, well that was this day. A little warmer and full of humidity and mosquitos, however, that didn’t stop Haylee from rocking her session! She was full of smiles and adventure, what a fun senior she was to photograph. At one point, we moved to the creek bed where there are a bunch of rocks that would look great to be on. Now, let me say, I never want to push anyone to do anything they don’t feel comfortable with, I explained if she didn’t feel comfortable, she could pose on the side. One step off the dry part of the rocks and you’d be slipping and hurting something pretty badly because all the rocks in the water were covered in slime. She kicked off the shoes and somehow managed to get to the middle of the rocks. Go Haylee! I’m not going to lie though, there was a part of me that was praying hard that she wouldn’t slip… and that I wouldn’t slip too for that matter. It turned out to be a great success. The pictures looked amazing and Haylee did great! At this point the sun had started to set and it was time to use some of that setting sun in the pictures too. We explored more of the park and did some pictures in the tall grass and under the shade of some evergreens. The colors were so vibrant and the sunset was perfect. Overall, this was a great session and even though it was a little humid, that hardly mattered!
